Cancellation: up to 20 days before arrival, after the 20th day 20% of the total amount due will be retained. 

The  above prices do not include the tourist tax, which will be paid in cash upon check out. 
City tax: € 4,00 to day per person for adults over the age of 18 (for the first 7 days of stay).
