The house was famous archaeologist Paola Zancani’s abode: she spent here a life dedicated to her career and classic studies.

Today it offers three comfortable apartments to live the splendor of the past absorbed in the stillness and beauty of a magic landscape suspended about 50 meters above the sea.

The Villa in located in the quiet Sant’Agnello, a few hundred meters far from Caterina’s beach, Piano seashore, Sant’Agnello’s center and three km away from Sorrento
(just one train stop or three bus stops).

Villa Preziosa is part of “ADSI” Association of Italian Historic Homes.

it's a large plot of land formed in the 19th century from Mariano Arlotta; founder of the family which still owns it, his dedication gave birth to a magnificent lemon grove overlooking the gulf of Naples, which still retains the productions and charm of that era.

How to reach us
If you choose the car
drive down the highway A1 Roma - Napoli then follow the signs for Sorrento peninsula, entering the A3 Salerno - Reggio Calabria,  go out to Castellammare di Stabia and continue to Sant'Agnello.
If you choose the train
get off at Naples train station, in Piazza Garibaldi, then on the  lower level of the station take the local Circumvesuviana train  and get off at the Sant'Agnello stop. From there, after about 600 easily walkable meters, you'll be able to reach your destination.
If you choose the plane
once you arrive at Capodichino airport you can take the "Curreri" bus to  Sant' Agnello or a private car.
If you choose the  ship
once you arrive to the port of Naples look for the "molo Beverello" and take the hydrofoil directed to the port of Sorrento "Marina Piccola". You'll be there in 35 minutes, then you might take the mini buses that leave from there (Line C EAV, it's possible to get a ticket onboard), get off at the "Sant'Agnello Municipio" stop and walk about 600 meters to reach us.
Alternatively a taxi service is available.
